The idea of Team Academy's Team Mastery program was born in Vienna in autumn 2005. At that time we - Team Academy's coaches and many of our international friends - decided to build a collaborative forum for coaches. All of us saw the possibility of creating and strengthening our network thru a shared coach the coach -program.

I think that the ability to learn is one of the greatest characteristic of human beings. It knows no borders. It is everybody's right and privilege. In Team Academy we have had hundreds and hundreds of learning adventures in our MBA and other programs. All of those who have participated have many inspiring stories to tell for years to come. One of Team Academy's values is travelling and it is reflected in this program. Team Mastery is an inspiring expedition into the world of coaching, learning and shared enthusiasm.

Team Mastery is not merely a training program for individuals, although everybody's coaching skills will be - of course - developed. It's a program where the objective is to develop each participants organization and environment as whole. In Team Mastery learning and action go hand in hand - they are inseparate and simultaneous. And isn't that what learning is all about? Changes in the real world and in each individuals environment.
